我亲家不在，坛子都不热闹了，发个今天的腹肌轮

最近左膝外侧下方疼，跑不了步，郁闷的不行，甚至开始对自己各种怀疑。连带着力量训练也不着调了，完全失去了动力。所以在健身房就一会儿玩玩这个，一会儿玩玩那个，效率奇低。体重也随之上升哭

今儿中午玩了一会儿腹肌轮，感觉比上次下去幅度加大了一点点，次数也多了。
