似乎我们每天都会被提醒，我们生活在一个大国竞争的时代，基于规则的秩序正在瓦解，强者可以为所欲为，弱者只能忍受他们必须承受的一切。

 

It seems we are reminded everyday that we are living in an era of competition among big countries, rule-based order is falling apart, the strong can do whatever they want, and the weak can only bear whatever  they have to bear.
