It is true that if a guy likes you he would want to move to the next step however not on the 2nd date when apparently your English is not good enough to make a good mental connection in the first place.

Always wait for the intimates after one month of dating. Moving too fast is a bad idea.

I dont think he is a good guy. There is nothing to regret and dont contact him ever again!
