抛开人生烦恼吧, 周末了, 跳舞去! ---Hot Sexy Latin dancing!!!

俺经常去跳舞,一是喜欢,而是视跳舞是个很好的exercise for keep fit.所以在此向JMs 呼吁跳舞健身. 有健康杂志说在优美的音乐下运动是最好的运动!

以前,俺只知道Ballroom,很enjoy于彼. 一年多前,偶尔去了Latin Club,瓦,发现Latin Dance是如此的激情& HOT & SEXY,从而顾此失彼了,非常喜欢. 每当周末都要去出几身"香"汗! :)) 现在连Latin Music 都非常喜欢.

这次给大家上两段油管中的Latin Dance---Salsa 和 Bachata,下次上俺自己的哈:)))
