怎么真正独立

人好像总要有个寄托，要么工作狂，要么围着小孩子转，要么一时之间对某个人迷得要命。时过境迁后，完全不是那么回事情嘛！ 怎么才能真正独立，free of obsessions, and always be balanced? Any input?
