求从中国进口经验

我们医院需要进口一批物资，我已经找到厂家，可是只是出厂价，及产品照片。

我没做过进口，是为解医院燃眉之需。才提出可以联系国内厂商。、

可是我怎么下一步运作呢，

保险，运输 ，报关，通关，提单，是不是每一步要落实并预算才行。

请问行内人经验。
