used to bake or roast it in the oven, cut it into small piece first..

but my younger daughter likes to steam it. she eats it everyday.

one day, I over cooked it in the oven, and tried her steamed ones, I really liked it.

so, today, I just steamed it. but again, over cooked it.. not as good...

what should I do next?????
