慕然，进来！

看你说红薯是可以吃的。。我一直就爱吃红薯，蒸着吃，烤着吃，煎红薯条，红薯片，或者放在粥里，要么做成红薯泥。和其他根茎蔬菜一起切块烤。

上次回北京，路边小店烤白薯的味儿啊，实在难以抗拒，就买了两个烤红薯和一袋红薯干。红薯很好吃，可是红薯干更棒！这里有的店有卖红薯干的，可我总觉得加糖了，不好吃。于是，就琢磨着自己做。。。

红薯白薯都可以，烤好后去皮，再切成条，烤箱150度，烤几个小时，室温下再放几个小时，（我们这里冬天室内挺干燥的）就可以了。看个人喜好，更干就更有嚼头，牙口要好，吃完要刷牙。。哈哈。。。

我觉得比烤红薯更好吃。吃起来停不下。。。
