我在选择性正义的文章提到过，一个国家的脊梁不是那些没危险时无比正义的大众，而是大多数人沉默时，还选择站出来的普通人。华人的印象就是安全第一的沉默大多数，而有一位15岁的华裔少年就选择在最危险的时候站出来：Peter Wang在18年的情人节, 弗罗里达高中 Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS的枪杀案中为了让同学尽快离开现场顶住门而牺牲。年仅十五岁。相比Crazy Rich Asian的形象，这才是华人的骄傲！这场枪杀案的幸存者Peter生前的同学Kyle Kashuv (非华裔)向白宫发起请愿请求总统为Peter Wang追颁总统自由奖The Presidential Medal of Freedom。希望全美华裔积极响应, 请上白宫官网签名, 认确。谢谢大家。
