我讲一个闺蜜“事故性”退休的事

闺蜜在上海，20年前安家，在静安买了两套两房的房子，当时房子小，他们把两套打通，变一套。我说怎么每次去她家，她家都很宽敞。

婚后2年，她出去办了个盲人按摩，按摩院的房东做不动，就贱价把很大的店面在静安区里面要包给她。她当时因为按摩刚起色，不想搬家，就硬着头皮，30万买下了了。所以叫accidentally买下了。为了这现金，她当时周转了一阵。

婚后7年，跟老公吵架，赌气，就跑到家旁边的一个楼盘里买了一套一楼带小花园的两房，拉女儿搬出去。那套当时不便宜，60万。她拿着自己开店的私房钱买的。这又是accidentally买了一套带花园的小房。后来搬回去，这套就出租或者空着不谈。

最近两年，女儿长大出国读书，搬到一楼花园那套小的，把大的恢复两套，一套出租，一套自用，按摩店也盘出去，但是店租继续收着。两人轻松退休。

上海静安寸地寸金的地方，外地人，能够如此轻松退休，真是商业嗅觉极强。其实她也不是嗅觉极强，就是accidentally买进了两个房产，加上已有的家底。

当然，照她的说法，都是上帝的护佑。
