American pop culture, very superficial.

My observations:

1. Rarely see Filipinos work in cutting edge science reseach fields, or hold highly intellectual jobs. i've seen quite a lot filipinos taken on service jobs. Why?

2. They are significantly short in height, even comparing to Chinese.

So far, i haven't seen exceptions.
