极简版酒酿

我用的高压锅。看看多么简单。

煮好糯米饭，自然冷却到热乎乎不烫手。我也没事先泡。

撒上酒药粉末。我的是安琪的，还过期了。我假装没看见。

倒上一些凉白开。

盖上锅盖，四十八小时。
