同觉得这一段很有意思：

3. Jung believed that this journey of transformation, which he called individuation, is at the mystical heart of all religions. 
It is a journey to meet the self and at the same time to meet the Divine.
     a) The "persona" (or mask) is the outward face we present to the world
    b) "ego"
    c) Next is the "shadow". 
    d) Finally, there is the "self" which provides a sense of unity in experience. 

我们一生中，从刚出生时被父母和社会环境塑造出“the persona”；到自己慢慢找到自己的ego学会说no。。。一路走来一路寻找最真实的那个self。

不少次在读书时突然就泪流满面不能自己。。。貌似在那一刻，某一个层面的“self”被找到了，或者说觉醒了。你有过这种经历吗？
