GG妹儿：你女儿需要蛋白质，我介绍一款很简单的白斩鸡吧

跟广东朋友学的，很简单很好吃。

你买半老嫩（或organic的鸡），用姜片和开水煮开后再煮30分钟。

煮鸡时，准备一点香菜（如果孩子不介意香菜的话），如果介意香菜就用小葱，切细了，沙姜粉用酱油拌匀了，再加一点点小磨香油。

鸡煮好之后，切成小块，蘸调料吃，可以吃很多。

我家那只双子很讨厌红烧鸡呀啥的，但对这种白斩鸡赞不绝口。

知道你很忙，需要简单的菜单儿。鸡汤里可以放一些青菜，晚餐就有肉有菜有汤了。
