感慨我好歹还是有点体力的，今年爬完了48座4000英尺以上高的大山

今年夏天，完成了48座的名单。两个月前，又和企鹅先生盯上新的名单：52-with-A-View，刚爬了3座。
目前不爬山的时候，每周能保持锻炼个12小时。体力好，镇定胆大，关键时刻可以保护家人，而不是躲在屋里见死不救。这一点我从没怀疑过自己。下面的照片直接从我的微信截屏了，偷懒不打字了。

目前的锻炼 Zumba, Taiji, 和5种不同的瑜伽。
