美国对职场性骚扰是有一套严格的程序的，且对员工天天讲，日日讲，你不听还要把你上班时候拉出去逼着你听的。

我就因为没有按时完成工作骚扰训练，被HR责成学习了。弄的那么紧张，是因为许多人怕丢工作不敢行动。但所有人都是知道该怎么办的。在不怕丢工作的情况下不去行动，不是很好理解。只好当坑了。
