私房里有个鸭厨waterfowl，他的贴每次我都带着悲壮的心情去点开

现在又上了个高大上的龙虾意粉，马上去Costco，那里卖龙虾尾，打算买几只回来如法炮制。
如果吃得不好，我成天的心情就不好。很想知道这是啥毛病，是不是补肾不够到位。
