Got an offer

I just received an offer letter from an IT company. The job location is closer than my current one, and the compensate is a bit better.Title is database management specialist . Report to the president of the company
The problem is there  is another offer on the way, this second one is a very big company, work location is closer to home , but the salary is only match my current one. Will work on the project that i used to work on, it is less challenge. 
The third choices , stay in my current job. 

How do you think of these choices?
