大早上菜

大姑前天做了个脚的小手术，昨天我们去看她。本想出去吃，但是她执意在家吃排骨。我就义不容辞地围上围兜，当厨娘。

虽然用她的烤箱，但是凭着大厨的感觉哈，（哈哈哈，只有感觉），俺成功地做出理想的椒盐排骨，烤芦笋，快炒zucchini, 蒸个米饭。四个人的菜就好了。超级简单干净。

昨天雪绒花妹妹问排骨配方，我就在这里帖：

排骨一排，洗净，擦干，撒盐和胡椒，辣椒粉。

烤箱预热300华氏度，用锡箔纸包好，烤1个小时。然后打开锡箔，不用抽去，就放在上面，把温度调到375度，烤1个小时，或者等到肉厚的那一面金黄为止。取出，冷却5分钟，就好了。

 

快炒zucchini，也有诀窍，就是要热锅，放油，快速放入zucchini，快快炒，不超过2分钟，等zucchini都热了（不是熟，是热），加盐，关火，炒匀。理想的状态是zucchini还脆，但是不生且热的。
