欧美医药公司都不用灭活疫苗技术是有原因的

自从60年代的RSV灭活疫苗造成婴幼儿死亡的事件，大家都对呼吸系统病毒用灭活疫苗技术非常谨慎。以前的 SARS和MERS用灭活疫苗在动物实验中也造成 vaccine enhanced disease, 所以这次没有用这个传统技术。
