是什么导致的这种咳嗽

从去年初开始就有点每天动不动就咳几下，到今年现在。这周去看了医生，检查了喉咙也做了chest x ray，什么都正常。那现在就不知道是什么原因了。反正每天起床后就觉得胸到喉那段有点要不痒痒的要不就是感到有点irritated。就要咳几下。看医生也不管用只有问大家看有没有人知道是什么原因.
