I did some research, and opt not to buy it.

Reasons:

1. Premium is too high.
2. Coverage is limited, 3 yr and 5yr term.
3. If you don't use it, you lose it.

Conclusion: invest the monthly premium in a house and you get better return.

Even if you run out of your pocket money for lone term care, you can get State funded long term care for free.
