RE: Federal government jobs

Many of you seem to work for the Federal government.  I believe that one has to be a U.S. citizen to work for the federal government.  I have had my green card for almost ten years, but I don’t want to give up my Chinese citizenship.  What is a good way to work for the federal government without being a citizen?  Where should I look for such work opportunities?  I know there are websites for federal government jobs.  But I am wondering if any of you has better advice.
