It looks you have nice price and product strategy. How about place ( channel) and promotion strategies?

Porters 5 forces:

How about the new competitors?

As far as I know, the M&D has intensive competition and a lot of Chinese companies are trying to enter it

How about existing competitors?

M&D has long histrory in US and existing competitors are very strong. How to fight with them?

How about substitute products?

The buying power in North American is very stable. How you can expand the business rapidly?

I think you got the low price to provide the power to the customers and tried to squeeze the supplies.
