I understand MM's feeling. If it were me, I would not be mad at the fact they are still friends, but at the fact he did not tell me before. However, that doesn't necessarily mean they two have imporper relationship, might be just because, as he said, try to avoid making you upset.

So, MM, it might be better to take easy a bit, but be firm to let him know what really hurts your feeling.
