怎样忘掉他

我爱上了一个人，可是他明确表示他只是喜欢我，并没有爱上我。以前贴过问大家是否可以和他保持一般朋友关系。在这里谢谢大家给我的忠告。我打算忘记他，离开他，不再和他联系。可是真的很难。他并不拒绝和我保持联系，但我觉得没有意义。因为和他保持联系的话，我就更难以忘记他了；大家不是告诉我"眼不见心不烦"吗？

可是真的很难，我总想给他写EMAIL，总忍不住想给他打电话，心里非常非常想念他。告诉我怎么做才能尽快结束对他的思念啊，这真的非常痛苦。
