Hey, Nice to see you here again

I am happy to know that you are doing very well. You and your hu*****and must be very good at manage finance. Comparing to you, we only have one house, but we have a 15 years fixed rate mortgage. From time to time, I regretted to sell my house (the house I bought by myself), if I could hold on that house for two more years. To year 2005, I could earn about $160,000 more. In 2003, I even worried that I couldn't sell my house. There is a very popular saying in China back then " Our fate depend on our personality". I guess that I shouldn't blame too much of my fate.
BTW, if I remember correctly, you also married a Caucasian guy?
