提高听力的问题

1） 来美国10年了，听力一直没有太大提高，不知有什么好方法？

2） 租DVD电影看是否是一个有效的方法提高听力？

3） 我不太听得明白电影对白，打开字幕对提高听力是好还是不好？

4） 一般电影看完就不想看第二遍了，强迫自己看第二遍是否有很大帮助，比如第一遍打开字幕，第二遍关掉字幕？

5）口语提高就更难些，有人说会听就会说，有经验的朋友是这么看吗？
