senond one: lately there was a situation that i could not control, but i reacted too rashly which caused bad impressions.

first one: not everyone likes us, because we are chinese or because we do not speak english well or both. therefore we have to be better. when we are better, they start to respect us though they still dislike us (i think the people everywhere respect the chinese more now than 30 years ago).
