DA - stressed (strongly read) sylalble
uh - unstressed (weakly read) syllable, half beat

The ryhthm of the first half of the sentence has two rhythmic patterns (one is to stress every other syllable, the other is to stress every other two syllables), and the second half is different in rhthmic pattern from the previous two, which is roughly with a double-consecutive stress every 'n' syllables.
