"What’s in a name?” “ A Rose is but a Rose by any other Name”

“ A Rose is but a Rose by any other Name”, this is right and wrong, for Shakespear may not know "what’s in a name of rose?”

If I tell what my explanation is, he, more than likely, would bow to my opinion.
