Nice to hear that you also had fond memories visiting the missions. The map of the missions was from the Internet, if you look at the mission #2 near Monterey bay, it is called "Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo", the Spanish name for Carmel. And The one below Santa Barbara, #9 is "Mission San Buenaventura", the Ventura one you visited.
