Just read a story of that a couple graduated from Beijing University,lived in mountain for twenty years.This living example awakened me:

Be deligent(think about this:数百只黑山羊，三头猪，几十头黄牛，几匹骡马驴);

To keep away of unnecessary social intercourse; 

To be more close to nature.
