I think the sentence should be

Chinese Communist Party, with its leading organs, its cadres, and its members, is not afraid.

or

Chinese Communist Party, its leading organs, its cadres, and its members, are not afraid.



同时英语强调逻辑性，几个并列的东西最好不要有重叠，

领导成员，干部，成员，都有重叠，因为有些人即是领导，又是干部，也是党员，
当然原文有重叠，翻译也只好这样翻译了。 如果用英文直接说，应该是

Chinese Communist Party, with its leading organs, its surbodinate cadres, and the rest of its members, is not afraid.

 surbodinate cadres seperate themselves from leading organs, and teh rest of its memebers seperate from
the formetr two catergories.
