说到“吃”，大家第一个想到的是不是eat？其实就像中文里有“吃货”、“狼吞虎咽”、“小鸟胃”等形象的表达，英语里也有很多关于“吃”的有趣描述。快来学学这些有趣的表达吧~

 

 

这些短语也能翻译成“吃”的意思

1.I didn't even have time to run out and grab a bite at that KFC across the street.

我连跑到对面马路肯德鸡里随便吃点的时间都没有。

 

2.It's a good idea to eat out once a while.

隔段时间在外面吃一顿真不错。

相对地，eat in就是在家吃饭哦~

 

 

形容人的胃口大小还可以这么说
