我们请的handyman修洗衣机的经历

很多年前，我们买的洗衣机刚用不到两年就坏了，漏水，水泵不出去。sears的handyman来修理，鼓捣了一下午然后说一个零件坏了并且桶有一个缝，他order零件。一个星期后零件来了，当他装的时候发现零件不对，然后又重新order。两个星期后再来发现那个桶也不对号，重新order桶。一共用了6个星期终于修好了。期间我们去洗衣房花了好几十刀洗衣服，洗衣房离家还很远。Sears都不好意思要我们的钱了。
