家里除了冰箱，炉子，洗衣机等， 最值买的是跑步机

外面跑步速度不保证，刮风下雨容易自己找理由偷懒。 家里跑（准确说是快走）还可以看电视连续剧，something to look forward to.

有健身设备更好，方便 （以前有一套， 因为一些原因， 后来一直用单位的健身房，直到疫情）
