（照片删了）【去旅行】15年后再穿比基尼。。。夏威夷没变，我变了

今年4月从夏威夷回家，翻看照片时，想起来15年前也去过夏威夷度假，于是把两次度假的照片拿来对比。

15年前没有iphone和ipad, 用普通相机照的素颜照。15年的时光流逝，留下了多少岁月的痕迹和时光的礼物。

和过去年轻时比较，最满意的就是现在自己的认知提高了很多。人的认知和智慧不是会随岁月增长而增长的，而是看个人悟性了。还有对自己满意的就是，以前年轻时从不锻炼，两年前开始自学跳舞，为了跳舞好看而练肌肉力量，我开始徒手做操和拉伸，倒是把身材训练出痕迹了。 中年的我有了肌肉线条，神态和心态也不一样了，毫无少女感，只有力量感。
