I have read all his books and liked Outliner the best.He mentioned 10000-hour rule which is you have to work on something at least 10000 hours before you are good at it. Everytime when I'm discouraged with my spoken english, I ask myself if I've spoken english more than 10000 hours. The answer is big no. It helps me keep me going.
