巧合，看看下面的中英思维是否大致一样。


When I finished college I still did not know whether I wanted to continue mathematics or economics. Like all youngesters who need financial assistance, I applied to a number of universities for fellowships or scholarships. In the 1930s the kind of assistance a student could get was much less than it is these days. I was lucky enough to receive two offers of tuition scholarships, one in applied mathematics from Brown University and one in economics from the University of Chicago.
