Like other languages, English is tool for communications. Nobody is perfect in using English, especially for non-native speakers.

I would not even call those items “mistakes”, or rather standards. The more you write to the standard rules, the better the writing.

People should point out the details of the“mistakes” which will help the writer and every reader.
