To someone whose posting is (to be) deleted …

I have been enjoying reading your postings except for this one.

It is a fundamental principle of freedom and democracy to encourage people to express their own opinions, unless they are apparently against humanity.

Any topic is a good topic to discuss on the English forum, as far as it is not totally posted in a language other than English.

I have not found time to go through Carpediem’s recent postings. I appreciate his efforts, however.

我也喜欢龍應台很多文章。但是，对８９－６４的看法，不是几句话就可以说说我的真实感受。
我悲叹死去的年轻的生命，感动于学生们奔腾的热血，对学生们的良好愿望刻骨铭心。可是我也感叹中国知识分子的浮燥和目光。可是，我也非常爱我的祖国。。。
简单一句话：我们需要理性，需要思考，中国的进步不是一朝一日的事情， 不要忘记了中国的现实。。。

知道你今天的心情，跟知道你无人同歌的失落。但是美语坛不是讨论这钟话题的论坛，所以，原谅我没有跟评你翻译的文章里的观点。
