Is get out of here a good words or bad?

Manager replied an email to my report last Friday. He said: "Get out of here and enjoy your long weekend, Hong. You've earned it!"
Background: I worked hard last week and the weekend before last to get some data for customer.
Is get of here a bad words? But I guess he wanted to praise me...
Don't largh at me please.
