请教,take a chance 跟 take a risk 有何区别?
在表示冒险时使用上有何区别?
>>>>>
A chance is the unknown and unpredictable element; and a risk is the possibility of suffering harm or loss.
The worst case result of taking a chance may be positive, neutral or negative; but that of taking a risk is mostly negative.
In your context, “to take a risk” is more suitable, although you can use either.
