请教:大陆的房地产权证,简称房产证, 怎么译成美文?

it says the land owner is the state/country/nation/regime/emporer, or it is owned nationally - "国有", HOW THE HELL DO YOU DEFINE THAT?

says the land usage right belongs to some god-knows-who agency/unit for 60 years

and then in the end says the apartment belongs to private owner xxxx
