Agree with him for the most parts
* Start early if possible
* Listen, a vital step, carefully to native speakers AND yourself like a baby (your ears(brain) become your internal measure for life)
* Songs are very very very helpful, they teach you the flow, melody and rhythm
* It's OK to speak loudly without understanding what's been said for the sake of pronunciation (again, this falls into mimic like a baby)
* Grammar is a tricky thing. Try not to be too serious with it. (e.g it's OK to say "I is a Newfoundlander." in the right tones)
