This is one of the best spoken english materials that I've met. It is particularly suitable for those who've got a general mastering of English but needs improvement in both spoken and listening.
As long as you cover the 30 lessons with each lesson being processed for a week, your spoken English and Listtening comprehension would be roared up a large bit.
This is kind of effortless english, you don't consciously learn/remember new words and phrases, but you'll get it after a significant amount of effortless input.
For pronounciation tips, check "American Accent Training" which covers most of the pronounciation tips/techniques.
