（二）- 词汇量不够大？

症结所在：你是否经常碰到这种情况？看到一句英语，每个单词都认识，拼在一起却不认识！难道是词汇量不够大？错！从小到大，老师和家长一直让我们“背单词”，特别是各种名词，但是有几个人因为背单词而出口成章的？寥寥无几。要知道，太多的GRE高分获得者仍然是“哑巴英语”的光荣拥有者。对于接受过大学教育的职业人来说，通过四级一般有4,000词汇量，通过六级一般有6,000词汇量，而英语日常口语词汇量只有区区3,000左右，这种现象让人深思！其实，职业人真正的问题不在词汇量太小，而在于万能动词（例如，get，make，do等）的灵活运用！这是那些有过国外生活经历的人士共同的感受！

成功良方：从现在起，停止对词汇量的追求！停止对“大词”的崇拜！重视无所不在的万能动词的学习！挖掘你自身宝藏丰富的金矿！

Diagnosis: Have you ever come across this? Every single word in a sentence looks familiar, but when you put them together, you can’t seem to figure out what they mean! Vocabulary is not big enough? Wrong! Actually, the real problem with most professionals is not in their vocabulary or “big words”, but in the use of very simple universal verbs (such as get, make, do etc.)! Ask those who have lived overseas and they will tell you exactly the same!

Successful Tip: From now on, stop meaningless pursuit for large vocabulary! Stop worshiping “big words”! Focus on the powerful universal verbs! Discover the gold mine already in you!
