One person is missing presumed dead and thirteen have been taken to hospital after a disgruntled (不满的) Austin Texas man, Joseph Andrew Stack, allegedly set his home on fire, climbed into a small plane, and flew it into a nearby federal building.

The plane bounced off a parked car in front of the building before striking the first floor of a seven-storey building about 10 a.m. local time. Busting into flames (燃成大火) with nearly 100 gallons of aviation fuel aboard, it ignited the facility as employees jumped out windows to escape.
The Internal Revenue Service, which has several offices in the building, reportedly has 190 employees at the location.
Stack, who left a six-page suicide note railing against the IRS on his company website in which he called the organization "Mr. Big Brother IRS man," left behind a wife and stepdaughter who were both reportedly rescued from his burning home, according to media reports.
"At this time, we have no reason to believe there is a nexus (连系) to terrorist activity," Department of Homeland Security spokesman Matthew Chandler said.

"We continue to gather more information, and are aware there is additional information about the pilot's history."
A pair of fighter jets were scrambled in response to the crash (着急忙慌的应对撞毁事件).
Fire officials believe they have evacuated all but one person safely from the building.
"The building shook, it was almost like an earthquake," a witness named Cynthia who was in a neighboring building in the complex told CNN.
Cynthia and her office mates left the building and saw people running towards the building that got hit by the plane.
"People were on the second floor. They couldn't get out. They were hanging out the windows screaming for help (挂在窗户上尖叫呼救)."
"What they're seeing is heavy fire around the second floor. They've got lots of smoke. Lots of heat. Lots of fire," assistant fire chief Harry Evans, assistant fire chief told reporters.
"The fire continues to burn and they are fighting it. But we are offensive inside the structure."
Stack's suicide note was read on the air by CNN anchor Rick Sanchez shortly after the crash was reported. In it he documents several years of battles with the IRS stemming from (起源于) a year in which he says he didn't earn any money and filed no tax return as a result. The tax body reportedly decided he was hiding income and fined him.
Stack, who ran a small company described as "a small independent software house specializing in process control and automation," detailed how he had lost his savings in the recession of the early 90's, then again more recently before moving from California to Texas.
//庆幸呀,你这祸害搬离了俺住的州
He wrote, "To survive, I was forced to cannibalize ( 自己吃自己) my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth (巨大的) expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government (肮脏的政府) decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled(有资格的) to due process (正当手续, 法定诉讼程序) because the time to file ran out. Bend over (弯腰, 屈从) for another $10,000 helping of justice."

"I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder (小心提防) at 'big brother' while he strips my carcass ( 尸体), I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won’t continue; I have just had enough."
Stack referred to the recent Wall Street bailouts (紧急援助), the ongoing problems at GM, savings and loan scandals, airline bailouts post-9/11, George W. Bush, the Catholic Church, drug and insurance companies, and more in an anti-establishment tirade that often ran in circles.
Stack's website has subsequently been taken offline and replaced with a message from his internet hosting company, reading, "This website has been taken offline due to the sensitive nature of the events that transpired (vi.泄露, 显露) in Texas this morning and in compliance with (顺从) a request from the FBI."

Stack reportedly uploaded his suicide note at 10:12 a.m. Thursday and flew his plane ino the federal building at 11:30 a.m.
According to an analysis of his HTML page, he made 27 edits to his suicide note over two days before posting it.
Stack owned a Dakota-236 235-horsepower single-engine Piper PA-28 Cherokee aircraft - a model that is usually used for flight training. Stack co-owned a hangar at Georgetown Municipal Airport, north of Austin. He filed no flight plan.
Since his death was reported, several fanclubs (粉丝俱乐部) have popped up online.

Since the incident is classified as a criminal act (划分为犯罪行为), the Federal Bureau of Investigation will lead the forensic (用于法庭的) investigation.
