给蓝天鹅的建议，长元音和双元音

新概念还是要继续读。但是把时间分出来一些，专门模仿VOA慢速英语里的一两句话。

比如：http://www.51voa.com/VOA_Special_English/Science_in_the_News_35221.html

不要管文章里的内容，你就模仿头两句：

This is SCIENCE IN THE NEWS in VOA Special English. I'm Shirley Griffith.

And I'm Steve Ember. Today, we tell you everything you ever wanted to know about snow.

翻过来倒过去就这两句，看到底能模仿成什么样。录下来给大伙听听。不要小看这两句。大部分的长元音和双元音都在里边了。

如果这两句彻底过关了，再找两句。一定要有耐心。一定要慢。切忌急于求成
